　　3月28日，在博鰲亞洲論壇2019年年會(huì)期間，斯里蘭卡南方省省長(zhǎng)科爾賽·田納坤表示他十分享受在海南的旅程，并在未來(lái)幾天深入感受海南的人文氣息和文化底蘊(yùn)。他認(rèn)為開放是通向成功的必經(jīng)之路，以海南目前擁有的資源、技術(shù)和專業(yè)人才，一定能在自由貿(mào)易港建設(shè)上取得比斯里蘭卡更大的成就。

　　On March 28, during the Boao Forum for Asia annual conference 2019, Rajith Keerthi Tennakoon, Governor of Southern Province in Sri Lanka said he enjoyed this journey in Hainan. in his opinion, with the resources, technology and expertises, Hainan would definitely achieve greater achievements in free trade port establishment than Sri Lanka.
